How the 2 KM Price Match Works
We will match the current in-stock regular (non-sale) retail price on any identical, authorized SKU from any AGCO-licensed dispensary located within a 2 KM driving radius of our Waterloo (62 Balsam St) or Kitchener (124 Seabrook Dr) stores.
Price Match Guidelines:
• The product SKU, brand, and weight must be identical and currently in-stock at the competitor's licensed dispensary.
• Proof of price (e.g. live online menu link or active flyer) must be presented to our budtenders at the counter prior to transaction completion.
• Original retail prices only — sale prices, clearance pricing, promotional discounts, and member-only club pricing are not eligible for price match.
• Excludes clearance liquidations, damaged items, membership-only clubs, or misprinted pricing.
• Must be within 2 KM of our Waterloo or Kitchener locations. We do not match dispensaries outside this radius.
⚠️ Important: This price match applies to the original listed retail price only. If a competitor is running a sale, daily deal, or any promotional discount — that discounted price is not eligible for our price match guarantee.
